White Eagle Times Supports Federal Petition to Lisa Jackson to Oust Billy Buzzett

Federal Petition states,
"Mr. Buzzett is now in charge of this agency that works with the FDEP on issues affecting the NPDES Program." This puts Mr. Buzzett and Rick Scott in violation of the Clean Water Act which is Federal Offence.
Alan Pierce worked side by side with Buzzet in 2004 on the "St. Joe/Arvida Summer Camp."
Allegations were made that Buzzett andPierce,
"violated almost every law, statute, regulation, and ordinance at the federal, state, and local level. The board of commissioners voted on this with full knowledge that they were violating these laws."
